If you have a friend or relative who is confined the hospital because of one reason or the other, the most common gifts brought by visitors are either flowers or food gifts.
While these are nice and thoughtful gifts, we should always remember the person in the hospital. Are they allergic to pollen? If yes, then don’t bring them flowers. If they are being treated for diabetes, by all means, do not bring desserts.
These gifts will not be appreciated and your friends will feel bad that you had been inconsiderate. The safer gifts would be a CD for music lovers or a good book for those who like to read.
