Control Your Eating

Obesity is not something that we should take lightly. We all know that the excess calories that we eat end up becoming stored fats. So when our weight increases, the health problems that comes with it also increases. 
I have a friend that has one rule—if he feels that his pants are getting tighter, he adjusts his food intake and not the size of his pants. I think that is reasonable. And if ever, we may actually need to buy fat burners in order that our weight loss program may be quickened. The issue here is no longer about being sexy. The main concern is becoming healthy.
