Dependency in Medicines

For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing an excruciating toothache and headache that I actually self-medicated. Now, I am still having them in occasionally but I am afraid to take more medicines because I am afraid I might undergo drug rehab if I get so dependent. I don’t want to take in more meds if I am feeling the pain because they say it complicates therapy especially in chronic pain. I want for my system to learn how to fight the pain not depend on some chemicals to take care of it.

Anyway, I am just glad I am not feeling aches right now. I am not yet ready to fight it. LOL!! ^_^

Vitamins for Women

Since I have become a blogger, I have been up almost every night. My sleeping clock has changed. I am more alive during the evenings and asleep during day time. That is why I needed to take vitamins for women to help me cope up with my notoriously unhealthy lifestyle. Aside from that, I am also taking Moringa health supplements to help me in my breastfeeding.

Bella's Problem and a Giveaway

My baby is having a hard time defecating that sometimes I thought she might need a hemorrhoidal treatment after each session. But luckily, it was she doesn't need one. I Heart Books

To be honest, I really love books. Though I am not a bookworm, I love reading and collecting books. I have few in my possession and most of these books are self-help in the subject of studying, marriage, and children. I also have some few books regarding business and marketing. I love reading books compared to websites when it comes to learning. I find reading between pages soothing to the eyes than my PC.
