Contest Hopes

I have noticed that more and more blogs are getting into contests as a way for them to promote themselves. In my own opinion, I guess this is the best and practical way of promoting your blogs to other blogs as well.

Anyway, I am hoping that not only blogs will do this but hopefully some online stores. I hope they would use contests as a way to promote their goodies to would be consumers through bloggers. Well, I am not saying that stores that sell industrial equipment should do this but those who sell clothes, shoes and other small items. It would be really nice to participate in such contests!

Searching and Searching

In the past few days, I have been browsing for new contests to join. Fortunately, there are many contests that are going on now. But…unfortunately, not all of them are open worldwide especially contests with baby items as prizes (real bummer for me cause I am pregnant).

Anyway, I am also checking out for contests that has domains as prizes. I don’t mind the hosting since I already have my own. I wanted to create another blog for my coming baby girl. Do you have any contest to refer? Just leave me a comment.

Oh well, I think I need to go back searching for more contests to join. My husband is also bugging me to search for available term insurance here at our place. I don’t know if it’s for us or work related. He got a nice and beautiful secretary in me that am sure. LOL!!

Gone Searching!

I went and searched for blog contests and giveaways again so that I can keep this blog of mine updated on the latest. Unfortunately, I was distracted with my usual surfing hobby of jumping one topic to another. So, I usually find myself covering almost every topic from A to Z. Checking from contest blogs, to gossip blogs, then sites on health that discusses on cancers like mesothelioma, then images, forums and so on. When I am surfing, it’s an endless ordeal for me.

Anyway, I have found a few contests. I am just checking on it if its open to international participants and I am segregating them according to prizes and mechanics. So, stay tuned!

Calling on Nutritional & Weight Loss Shops

This is quite very funny, I was blogging about finding contests that has nutritional health supplements as prizes yesterday and now I was thinking…how about one bottle of weight loss supplement? I think my husband and my older sister needs one.

Anyway, I just wish online shops that sell nutritional health and weight loss supplements do some contest that give a bottle or two of their products. It would be a hit I am sure!

Online Baby Shower Contest Party

It’s been awhile since I have been thinking of running a contest again. This time I wanted it to happen before my birthday or after. I wanted to have something unique! To be honest, I was thinking about having an online baby shower contest party. By tradition, friends of the pregnant mom are the ones who will organize it but since I don’t have too many friends here at my place (we are not from here), I decided to do it myself in a form of contest.

Anyway, I was already thinking what will be the mechanics and what will be the theme of my baby shower. When I tried researching, there are many themes that can be done in a traditional way like a Jungle Baby Shower theme. But mine would be different because it will be done online. What do you think should my theme be? Any ideas?
